Admissions Process
WSSB's admissions process is straightforward and transparent. From initial inquiry to enrollment, our admissions team provides full support throughout.
Online Application
Complete the online application form and submit required documents including your resume, personal statement, and academic transcripts. Our admissions team will review your application within 3 business days.
Admissions Interview
Qualified applicants will be invited for a one-on-one interview with a faculty member or senior admissions officer — conducted online or in person — to assess your background, goals, and fit with the program.
Admission Decision
The admissions committee will issue a formal decision within 2 weeks of your interview. Successful applicants will receive an official offer letter and detailed enrollment instructions.
Enrollment & Orientation
Complete enrollment formalities, pay the tuition deposit, and attend the new student orientation. You will be assigned a dedicated academic advisor to help you plan your studies and career development.

EMBA
Executive Master of Business Administration
- Bachelor's degree or above (any discipline)
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, including 3+ years in a management role
- Currently holding a senior management position (VP level or above preferred)
- Basic English proficiency (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)
- Two professional recommendation letters
DBA
Doctor of Business Administration
- Master's degree or above (business-related preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, including 5+ years in senior management
- Currently serving as CEO, President, or equivalent senior executive
- Intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
- Research proposal and three recommendation letters
Master of Finance
Master of Science in Finance
- Bachelor's degree or above (finance, economics, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in finance or related industry
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Good English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)

PhD in Finance
Doctor of Philosophy in Finance

WSSB degrees are accredited by relevant US educational bodies and are internationally recognized. Many graduates have successfully used their WSSB credentials for career advancement, business development, and immigration purposes. We recommend consulting with the relevant Chinese authorities regarding specific recognition requirements.
Most coursework is delivered online, allowing you to study from anywhere in the world. However, each program includes one or two intensive in-person sessions in New York per year, which are highly recommended. These sessions provide invaluable opportunities for Wall Street immersion, networking, and peer connection.
The EMBA and DBA programs are taught bilingually in English and Chinese. The Master of Finance program is primarily in English with some Chinese support. The PhD program is conducted entirely in English. All programs provide bilingual course materials and support services.
